We are looking for a proactive Business Setup Advisor to manage client inquiries and drive sales for business setup and company formation services. The role involves handling client leads, explaining business setup options, and converting prospects into clients. Candidates must have strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with potential clients interested in business setup services.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable business setup solutions (mainland, freezone, offshore).
- Explain the process, required documents, timelines, and costs clearly to clients.
- Convert leads into confirmed sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service packages.
- Coordinate with internal operational teams for documentation and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activity in CRM.
- Stay updated with UAE business setup rules, licensing changes, and market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales (experience in UAE business setup is preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Experience in handling leads and working towards sales targets.
- Good computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
