We are hiring a Customer Support Executive with experience in a business setup company (corporate service provider – CSP). This experience is essential for the role. The position involves assisting clients with company formation processes, documentation requirements, and service coordination while maintaining a high standard of customer support.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Support & Client Handling

  • Assist clients with inquiries related to company setup, licensing, and ongoing services.
  • Provide accurate guidance on documentation, processes, and service timelines.
  • Handle communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Business Setup & Operational Support

  • Support clients throughout the company formation journey, including renewals and amendments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate client records and case progress updates.

Process & Compliance

  • Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and procedural requirements.
  • Assist in preparing forms, applications, and supporting documents.
  • Follow internal procedures to maintain compliance and service quality.

Teamwork & Collaboration

  • Work closely with operations, PRO, customer service, and compliance teams.
  • Escalate complex cases to senior staff when necessary.
  • Contribute to a professional and client-focused work environment.

Requirements

Education

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a related field.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a business setup company or corporate service provider (CSP) is mandatory.
  • Experience handling licensing, documentation, and client coordination is required.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of business setup processes and regulatory documentation.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Working Conditions

Working Hours: 9 hours per day
Working Days: 5 days per week
Location Type: Office-based

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
