Job Overview

XConnect Biz is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Setup Advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for advising clients on company formation in the UAE, including Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups, while ensuring a smooth end-to-end onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Consult clients on UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)

* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable license types and jurisdictions

* Prepare and present company formation proposals and quotations

* Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, and internal PRO teams

* Assist clients with documentation, approvals, and compliance requirements

* Follow up on leads, convert inquiries into sales, and achieve monthly targets

* Maintain accurate client records and CRM updates

* Provide post-setup support and upsell related services (visa, PRO, bank account, accounting, etc.)

Requirements & Qualifications

* Minimum 1–3 years of experience in UAE business setup / corporate services

* Strong knowledge of UAE company formation processes and regulations

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to close deals

* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* UAE experience is mandatory

Preferred Skills

* Experience dealing with Free Zones and Mainland authorities

* Knowledge of visa processing, PRO services, and banking procedures

* Multilingual skills (English required, Hindi/Arabic is a plus)

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
