Manage and respond to incoming sales inquiries from various channels (calls, emails, chats, walk-ins, and referrals).

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and CRM updates.

Educate clients on company formation, business activity selection, eligibility, and free zone regulations.

Attend networking events and business forums to generate additional sales opportunities beyond marketing leads.

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure effective sales pipeline management.

Stay up to date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.

Prepare and submit monthly sales performance reports, including lead-to-conversion analysis.

Conduct competitor analysis and mystery shopping with free zones/market players.

Deliver exceptional customer service from initial inquiry through to company incorporation and visa processing.

Ensure transparent, accurate, and straightforward communication of client requirements and associated costs.

Prepare reports and provide updates as required by management.
Remuneration:
Salary- AED 3,500-5,500 PM+ Other Benefits
