Salary: AED 3,000 - 4000 per month + Incentives

Role Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our growing team. This is a sales-driven role focused on generating leads, closing deals, and supporting clients in setting up businesses in UAE Freezones and Mainland. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with local regulations while delivering top-tier client service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and convert them into successful business setups.
• Assist clients in establishing companies across UAE Freezones and Mainland jurisdictions.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met throughout the setup process.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and strategic partnerships.
• Provide customized setup solutions based on each client’s needs.
• Prepare and handle all documentation for business formation.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Stay current with UAE government regulations and PRO services.
• Guide clients from initial consultation through to final company registration.
• Use a consultative, value-driven approach to offer tailored business solutions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE business setup consulting (Required)
• In-depth knowledge of UAE Freezone and Mainland procedures and regulations
• Knowledgeable in s complete A to Z Process of business setup lifecycle — from consultation to incorporation
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Fluency in Tagalog, Hindi, Urdu, or Arabic is required
