About the Role

As a Business Setup Consultant, you will assist UAE-based entrepreneurs and companies in navigating the complexities of establishing and growing their businesses. You will provide expert guidance on selecting the best business structure, securing licenses, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting new clients to expand our business setup services portfolio.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Advising clients on suitable business structures (Mainland, Free Zone, Designated Zone, Offshore).
  • Finding new clients and looking for opportunities to grow our client base.
  • Guiding clients through the process of company registration, licensing, and renewal.
  • Ensuring compliance with UAE business laws and regulations, including company formation rules.
  • Managing relationships with relevant government authorities, including DED, Free Zone authorities, and others.
  • Offering ongoing support to clients for business continuity and growth.

What Your Day to Day Will Look Like

  • Providing consultation on various business setup options available in the UAE.
  • Looking for new clients
  • Coordinating with clients to gather required documents and process business registration.
  • Collaborating with local authorities to secure necessary approvals and permits.
  • Keeping clients updated on regulatory changes and new business opportunities.
  • Solving issues related to business registration or compliance on behalf of clients.
  • Ensuring timely renewals of licenses and permits for clients.

What You Need to Succeed

  • A deep understanding of the UAE’s business environment and legal framework.
  • Experience in business setup, company formation, or a related field in the UAE.
  • Strong knowledge of Free Zone, Mainland, and Offshore company structures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
  • Problem-solving skills to handle challenges with government authorities or regulations.
  • Sales skills and motivation to look for new clients.
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.

Our Recruitment Process

1. Application Review: We carefully review all applications.

2. Initial Online Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited for an initial interview that is conducted online with our HR manager.

3. Final Interview: A final round of interviews to discuss the role in detail and assess fit in person with the company's manager.

4. Background check and references collection.

5. Offer: The successful candidate will receive an offer and join our team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
