Buisness Set Up Executive

• Having knowledge of Company formation in all legal forms according to UAE legislation.
• Ensure that people are aware of the product and services offered by company which are available to assist them with starting up in business. Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry their desired business in UAE.
• Review, receive and process new business license applications and its renewal in Offshore, Dubai mainland, and Free Zones Companies.
• Provide corporate advisory services with respect to business set up, company formation and corporate structuring and restructuring.
• Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions to ensure smooth process of the license and visa applications.
• Undertake and complete on time all administration duties associated with the post includes but not limited to update internal documentations process.
• Ensure that accurate documentation is submitted in a timely manner.
• Attend and participate in team meetings, working in partnership with colleagues as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
