Sales Person For Elevator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the elevator or construction sector, with the ability to build strong client relationships, identify opportunities, and deliver customized lift solutions. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business leads and drive sales for elevator installations, modernization, and maintenance services.
• Meet clients, conduct site assessments, and provide the right elevator solutions based on project requirements.
• Prepare professional quotations, proposals, and technical presentations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and close deals with professionalism and transparency.
• Maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and facility owners.
• Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors and upcoming construction projects.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience in elevator or construction-related sales within the UAE.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects independently.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
