Business Setup Consultant

Job Description

We need someone for our Business Setup Team who will be guiding clients through the end-to-end process of establishing their businesses in the UAE, whether in Mainland, Freezone, or Offshore jurisdictions. The role involves understanding client requirements, advising on the most suitable company structure, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and coordinating all documentation and government approvals. The consultant acts as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and compliant company formation experience while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on suitable UAE jurisdictions and company structures.
• Guide clients on licensing requirements, ownership rules, and visa options.
• Prepare and manage all documents needed for business setup and renewals.
• Coordinate with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Freezones).
• Handle the full setup process: approvals, MOA, license issuance, visas, and establishment cards.
• Track applications and provide timely updates to clients.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure high service satisfaction.
• Support sales by preparing proposals and assisting in lead conversion.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.
• Stay updated on changes in UAE business setup regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in UAE business setup, PRO services, or company formation (preferred).
• Strong understanding of Mainland, Freezone, and Offshore regulations.
• Familiarity with government portals such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and various freezones.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Hindi (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
