Business Setup Consultant

Legal Experts is pleased to announce an opening for a highly skilled and experienced Business Setup Consultant to join our professional team.

We are seeking a candidate with substantial, hands-on expertise in managing and executing all stages of company establishment within the various Free Zones & Mainland across the UAE. The ideal applicant will be proficient in overseeing the full setup cycle—including identifying the appropriate legal structure, completing registration formalities, coordinating with Free Zone & Mainland authorities, and obtaining all required licenses and government approvals.

Qualifications & Criteria:

• Strong and verifiable experience in handling comprehensive Free Zone & Mainland, company formation procedures across multiple jurisdictions within the UAE.
• Expertise in consulting and management consulting, with a proven ability to guide clients effectively.
• 2 years of Experience working as a Business Setup Consultant in UAE based Business Consultancies.
• Arabic nationality preferred (all nationalities are welcome to apply).
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Free Zone & Mainland regulations, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to coordinate with governmental and Free Zone & Mainland bodies efficiently and professionally.

Compensation

Salary and benefits will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the personal interview.
