Business Setup Consultant

Biz Virtue Business Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Consultant to support our UAE business setup and corporate services division. The role involves handling sales inquiries, converting leads, and providing end-to-end consultancy for business setup and related corporate services in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on the most suitable legal structures and jurisdictions for company formation in the UAE (Mainland and Free Zones).
• Handle inbound sales inquiries and initiate outbound calls to prospective businesses.
• Convert company-provided leads into successful closures.
• Generate and convert leads through relationship selling, social media engagement, referrals, and professional networking.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Provide end-to-end business setup consultancy, including preparing and submitting all required documentation for company formation and visa-related processes.
• Stay updated with UAE government policies, laws, regulations, and procedures related to business setup and corporate services.
• Design appropriate business structures and provide strategic guidance based on client requirements.
• Promote and handle inquiries related to additional services such as:

VAT & Corporate Tax Services, Accounting & Bookkeeping, Corporate Bank Account Opening,PRO Services and other related corporate services

• Perform any other duties aligned with business development and consultancy requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UAE business setup consultancy and corporate services.
• Strong knowledge of Mainland and major UAE Free Zones, such as IFZA, Meydan, ANC, DAFZA, RAKEZ, SHAMS, SPC, and other leading Free Zones.
• Good understanding of company formation processes, licensing, and visa procedures.
• Familiarity with PRO services, corporate bank account opening procedures, VAT, and Corporate Tax services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to close deals effectively.
