Business Set-up Consultant (French Speaker)

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Set-up Consultant (French Speaker) to guide high-value entrepreneurial and investor clients through the company formation process in Dubai and the UAE.

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, converting leads into long-term relationships while coordinating with internal teams to ensure compliance, licensing, and smooth business operations. You will manage your own client pipeline and contribute directly to business growth and revenue generation.


Your Role


  • Advise clients on company structures, including mainland, free zone, and offshore options, and recommend the most efficient legal and operational setup based on their business model.
  • Provide guidance on business licensing, regulatory frameworks, and compliance requirements in Dubai and the UAE.
  • Manage the end-to-end company formation process, including business registration, trade license applications, visa processing, and PRO services.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities such as DED, Free Zone Authorities, and other government entities, ensuring timely approvals and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, acting as a trusted advisor and business consultant.
  • Manage your own client pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly targets for lead conversion, revenue, and portfolio growth.
  • Coordinate and upsell complementary services such as banking, accounting, and tax compliance through internal teams.
  • Stay updated on Dubai’s dynamic business landscape, including regulatory changes and market trends affecting company formation.


About You


  • 2+ years of experience in UAE company formation, B2B advisory, or client-facing business setup consultancy/sales role.
  • Proven track record in deal closing, client relationship management, and revenue generation.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE business structures, licensing types, and regulatory environment.
  • Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to manage demanding clients, enforce deadlines, and deliver results.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple clients and high-value portfolios simultaneously.
