Business Development Lead

Business Development Lead (Dubai, UAE)

We’re looking for a Business Development Lead to help drive growth for a multidisciplinary design firm in Dubai, UAE.

This role is for someone who understands how work is actually won in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction world—through relationships, strategy, and strong proposals, not just good intentions.

What you’ll be doing:

• Shaping growth strategies across the UAE and regional markets
• Building and managing relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and key stakeholders
• Leading the full bid cycle: PQQs, RFPs, proposals, and follow-ups
• Working closely with technical leads to position the firm’s capabilities clearly and convincingly
• Representing the company at client meetings, industry events, and exhibitions
• Turning opportunities into secured projects—and handing them over smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of business development experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry
• A proven track record of winning work, not just chasing it
• Strong proposal leadership and commercial thinking
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-moving environment
• Immediate joiners preferred
