💰 Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000/month + Monthly Incentives

🕒 Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Business Setup / Company Formation

About the Role :

We're looking for a dynamic and driven Business Setup Consultant with proven experience in UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation.

This isn’t just another sales job. We're seeking someone who can:

✅ Independently generate leads from the market

✅ Effectively manage and convert inbound leads

✅ Build long-term client relationships

✅ Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery

You’ll be the go-to expert for clients looking to start or expand their business in the UAE — guiding them every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Identify and convert new business opportunities

🔹 Consult clients on UAE business setup options (Mainland, Free Zones, Off Shore)

🔹 Prepare and manage required documentation

🔹 Maintain strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction

🔹 Collaborate with internal departments to streamline service delivery

🔹 Stay up to date with UAE regulations and jurisdictional changes

🔹 Achieve monthly sales and performance targets

What We’re Looking For :

✔️ Minimum 2 years’ experience in UAE Business Setup Industry

✔️ Strong knowledge of Mainland & Free Zone structures and processes

✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills

✔️ A proactive, sales-driven mindset

✔️ Bachelor’s degree or higher
