Business Setup Consultant / Sales Executive

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Consultant (Male or Female) with a minimum of 1 year experience in the business setup industry in the UAE. The ideal candidate should be confident, motivated, and able to convert leads into successful sales. We will provide qualified leads — your role is to engage, guide, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and convert provided leads into successful business setup sales
• Advise clients on UAE company formation, trade licenses, visas, and related services
• Maintain strong product knowledge on free zones, mainland, and offshore structures
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare proposals and follow up on inquiries promptly

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in UAE business setup / company formation
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
• Proven sales background with the ability to meet targets
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Presentable, professional, and motivated personality
