Our Corporate Services Practice covers the entire lifetime of a corporate entity in the UAE commencing from identifying the most suitable legal form/business jurisdiction throughout liquidation/winding up. It includes on-going legal and business advice on the latest company laws and business regulations, advising shareholders and senior executives on complex legal, management and employment matters to ensuring corporate compliance, drafting and vetting diverse corporate documents, and assisting with government's departments and banks accounts opening requirements.

Job Description

· Provide corporate advisory services with respect to business set up, company formation and corporate structuring and restructuring.

· Handle and manage new business set up and companies' formation process and requirements of all forms of companies (mainland, free zone, offshore).

· Keep abreast of latest UAE law and procedures with respect to AML, corporate compliance, ultimate beneficiary owner.

· Maintain accurate up-to-date clients' records within our Zoho One CRM system.

· Proactively engage with clients to maintain satisfactory/long-lasting client relationships.

· Draft diverse corporate legal documents including resolutions, changes of directors and shareholders, attestation and legalization, issuance of certificates, bank account openings.

· Maintain proactive communication with government departments, free zones and banks.

Qualifications

· You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in law or business.

· You have min 3 years' experience in a similar role in a reputable Corporate Services Provider or a law firm in the UAE.

· You have a perfect command of English, spoken and written. Russian/Chinese will be considered an advantage.

· You are a fast learner, motivated, dynamic, able to work independently, and eager to develop strong relationships with clients in an international context.

Salary Package

· We offer an attractive salary package with excellent cash incentive scheme on achieving targets.

· You shall also be subject to our finder fee module for finding new leads.
