Key responsibilities
- Client consultation: Advise clients on the best legal and business structures (e.g., mainland, free zone, offshore) based on their goals.
- Process management: Manage the end-to-end company setup process, including preparing and submitting documents for registration and licensing.
- Compliance and legal: Ensure all setup processes comply with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
- Government liaison: Act as the primary point of contact with government and licensing authorities to obtain necessary approvals.
- Ancillary services: Assist clients with related services such as visa applications, establishing labor quotas, and opening bank accounts.
- Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage their ongoing satisfaction, and handle inquiries.
- Post-incorporation support: Monitor license renewals, amendments, and other post-incorporation services.
Required skills and qualifications
- Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field is often required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in business setup, company formation, or PRO services is typical.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of local company laws and regulatory frameworks.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, often in English and potentially another language like Hindi and Arabic.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
- Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office) and CRM tools is a plus.
