Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the business setup team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Oversee the full company formation lifecycle, including licensing, visa processing, and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice to clients on free zone, mainland, and offshore business setup options.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE business laws, policies, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government authorities, free zones, and partners.
  • Monitor team performance, providing coaching, guidance, and regular feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate reporting of sales, client progress, and team performance.
  • Represent the company at business events and networking opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business setup/company formation, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of UAE business setup regulations (free zone, mainland, offshore).
  • Proven ability to achieve revenue targets and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications.
  • Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
