Business Setup Specialist

Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Setup Specialist to join our Dubai-based team. The ideal candidate must have solid hands-on experience in Dubai mainland and free zone company formation, government procedures, and end-to-end business setup services. This role requires deep knowledge of UAE regulations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end company formation in Dubai, including mainland (DED) and major free zones (DMCC, IFZA, RAKEZ, Meydan, SHAMS, etc.).
• Advise clients on suitable legal structures, business activities, trade name options, and licensing requirements in Dubai.
• Prepare, review, and submit all documentation for trade licenses, initial approvals, MOA, tenancy/Ejari, establishment cards, and immigration files.
• Manage communication and follow-ups with government authorities such as DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, Immigration, Notary, Municipality, and Free Zone Authorities.
• Support clients with visa processing, Emirates ID, medical, labor contracts, quotas, and establishment processes.
• Keep updated on all Dubai business setup regulations, policy changes, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with banks for account openings, KYC requirements, and client onboarding.
• Maintain excellent relationships with government PROs, authorities, and service partners.
• Ensure timely delivery of all services and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Prepare weekly reports and updates for management and clients.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE/Dubai business setup, PRO services, or company formation.
• Strong knowledge of DED procedures, free zone licensing, visa processing, and immigration systems.
• Hands-on experience dealing with government portals: DED, MOHRE, ICA, GDRFA, Dubai Now, Tasheel, Amer, E-channel, Free Zone portals, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Law, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong client-handling, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a business setup consultancy in Dubai.
• Existing relationships with government departments and free zone authorities.
• Ability to manage VIP and international clients professionally.
• Knowledge of bank KYC procedures and business account opening.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
