Business Formation Specialist (Freezone)

Legal Experts is pleased to announce an opening for a highly skilled and experienced Free Zone Company Formation Specialist to join our professional team.

We are seeking a candidate with substantial, hands-on expertise in managing and executing all stages of company establishment within the various Free Zones across the UAE. The ideal applicant will be proficient in overseeing the full setup cycle—including identifying the appropriate legal structure, completing registration formalities, coordinating with Free Zone authorities, and obtaining all required licenses and government approvals.

Qualifications & Criteria:

• Strong and verifiable experience in handling comprehensive Free Zone company formation procedures across multiple jurisdictions within the UAE.
• Arabic nationality preferred (all nationalities are welcome to apply).
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, preferred.
• In-depth understanding of Free Zone regulations, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong ability to coordinate with governmental and Free Zone bodies efficiently and professionally.

Compensation

Salary and benefits will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications and will be discussed during the personal interview.
