We are looking for a Business Solutions Consultant based in our Istanbul headquarters, who combines strong technical expertise with sales capabilities and has solid solution development skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customers’ business objectives and technical requirements to develop end-to-end ICT and cloud-based solutions aligned with their existing infrastructure.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact between the company and customers, managing the technical expectations of strategic and enterprise clients.
  • Ensure the effective positioning of cloud-based business applications and ICT solutions at customer sites, driving adoption and demand.
  • Define system requirements for customer projects and design solution architectures and technical specifications in line with infrastructure needs.
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success teams to track the sales pipeline and technically evaluate the progress of opportunities during regular meetings.
  • Conduct customer visits and perform technical assessments, evaluations, and needs analyses across multiple locations.
  • Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to customers, proactively preventing potential issues.
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to communicate customer feedback for product development and continuous improvement.
  • Lead regular customer meetings by sharing progress updates, technical roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to support customer satisfaction, retention, and sustainable growth.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in ICT and cloud technologies, providing technical insights and market intelligence to sales and relevant teams.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in the technology sector.
  • Advanced proficiency in English.
  • Solid understanding of core Information Technology concepts.
  • Strong knowledge of network configuration and protocols.
  • Experience with server and client operating systems.
  • Knowledge of document management systems and business process management.
  • Broad understanding of products and solutions.
  • Customer-oriented with strong communication and solution development skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and coordination abilities.
  • Open to travel as required.
