  • Your Role As the General Manager – P&L, you will lead the region’s overall business performance, supply acquisition, and operational excellence. You’ll be responsible for growing the portfolio of premium vacation homes, driving revenue, improving profitability, and ensuring seamless property onboarding and guest experience, while leading and mentoring high-performing teams. About You
  • Own and manage the P&L, ensuring revenue targets, cost efficiency, and profitability.
  • Drive supply acquisition by identifying, negotiating, and onboarding premium vacation homes.
  • Build and implement go-to-market strategies to attract and retain property owners.
  • Oversee end-to-end operations, defining KPIs and improving workflows across teams.
  • Lead business development initiatives to identify new opportunities and expand market share.
  • Ensure properties meet StayVista’s operational and service standards.
  • Analyze market trends and performance metrics to optimize acquisition and demand strategies.
  • Foster and maintain long-term relationships with homeowners and local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and ops teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor team performance and present regular updates to the leadership team.
  • Support business scalability by implementing new processes and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local policies and maintain strong community relationships.
  • 8+ years of experience in business development, supply acquisition, or strategic growth (preferably in hospitality, real estate, or vacation rentals)
  • Proven track record in P&L ownership and leading revenue-driven teams
  • Strong deal negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to performance and growth ● Strong operational background with the ability to scale teams and processes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with a hands-on attitude
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Real Estate, or related field
  • Experience in managing a ₹5 Cr+ business unit and 20+ team members/vendors
