Job Description:

Wigatech Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Upwork Specialist to manage and grow our presence on the Upwork platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating winning proposals, securing high-value projects, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional who understands how to maximize opportunities on Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize the company’s Upwork profile to ensure maximum visibility and client trust.
• Identify and bid on high-quality projects relevant to our services.
• Write tailored, professional, and persuasive proposals.
• Negotiate project terms, budgets, and timelines with clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
• Achieve monthly revenue and project acquisition targets.
• Stay updated with Upwork trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience working as an Upwork Specialist or Business Development Executive.
• Strong knowledge of Upwork platform, policies, and bidding strategies.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to analyze client requirements and create customized solutions.
• Proven track record of closing high-value projects on Upwork.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
