Key Account Executive (Female)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Key Account Executive to manage the agency’s important clients. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, analyzing business trends, and driving revenue growth. The position requires close coordination with internal teams and external partners to deliver customized solutions that align with client needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned key accounts.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet business goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews and strategy meetings with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, marketing) to deliver on client expectations.
  • Analyze client data and business trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage account growth through upselling and expanding client partnerships.
  • Prepare and present performance reports to clients, ensuring KPIs and service levels are met.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and resolve client issues in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience ( Fresh graduates with strong skills are also encouraged to apply).
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze business data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with a client-focused and solution-oriented approach.
