Role Overview

As a Business Strategist, you will:

* Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives

* Identify new market opportunities (regional & international)

* Conduct industry and competitor analysis

* Optimize operational efficiency and profitability

* Support leadership with data-driven insights and planning

* Strengthen supplier and customer relationship strategies

Ideal Candidate Profile

* Proven experience in strategic planning or business development

* Experience in metals, commodities, or trading industry (preferred)

* Strong analytical and market research skills

* Financial acumen and performance analysis capability

* Excellent communication and leadership skills

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced trading environment
