Job description:


Cross-Functional Project Facilitation

  • Facilitate and coordinate company-wide improvement initiatives involving multiple departments.
  • Support project leaders in defining scope, timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
  • Ensure progress tracking and timely reporting.


Strategic Alignment

  • Ensure that improvement projects and departmental initiatives are aligned with corporate strategic priorities.
  • Support management in project prioritization based on impact, resource availability, and business goals.


Duplication and Efficiency Control

  • Review ongoing and proposed initiatives across departments to identify overlaps, redundancies, or conflicts.
  • Recommend consolidation or reallocation to optimize efficiency.


Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports summarizing improvement progress, achievements, and impact on KPIs.
  • Highlight risk areas and support decision-making at management level.


Process Excellence

  • Support departments in documenting and enhancing key business processes.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement using Lean methodologies.


Change Facilitation & Communication

  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement through structured communication and follow-up on initiatives.
  • Support awareness and knowledge-sharing sessions related to operational excellence.


Governance Support

  • Assist in maintaining the governance structure for improvement projects — tracking progress, ensuring consistency in methodology, and standardizing reporting templates.



Qualifications/Requirements:


Knowledge and Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, or strategy execution.
  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-departmental initiatives and manage stakeholders at different levels.
  • Understanding of Lean / Six Sigma principles, process mapping, and performance management systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Power BI, Asana).
  • Experience in retail, supply chain, or manufacturing environments is preferred.


Education and Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certification or training in Lean / Six Sigma (Yellow or Green Belt) preferred.
