Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Analyse market trends, evaluate product performance, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate with internal and client teams to develop actionable recommendations
- Collaborating with senior executives, cross-functional teams, and external partners to deliver impactful business outcomes
- Be the trusted advisor to the banking partner, providing strategic recommendations to enhance product performance, customer engagement, and market competitiveness
- Lead and coordinate strategic projects and campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives across partners
Knowledge and Experience:
- The ability to analyse transactional data, generate insights, and measure product performance
- Experience managing cross-functional projects, implementing strategic initiatives, and driving results in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior banking executives, build trusted partnerships, and align solutions to client objectives
- Knowledge of competitor products, market trends, and customer behaviour to inform strategy and support decision-making
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in developing business strategies, growth plans, and market expansion initiatives, ideally in banking or payments
- Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic initiatives on time, working effectively across multiple teams and functions
- Good understanding of consumer banking products (credit, debit, prepaid) and the broader payments ecosystem, including digital and fintech trends
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in a consulting firm or strategic advisory role, focusing on financial services, digital transformation, or product strategy
- Understanding of payment ecosystems, card networks, fintech partnerships, and digital payment innovations
