Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile professional to play a crucial role in driving business initiatives and supporting operational efficiency and excellence. This role expands across planning, performance, GRC, excellence, and executive reporting. You will be working directly with teams across all functions to identify opportunities for improvements and implementing solutions to drive business excellence.
Responsibilities:

Support the development and execution of the corporate strategy, including annual planning and cascading initiatives across functions

Design and maintain KPI frameworks and dashboards; analyze performance and surface insights for leadership

Prepare weekly, monthly and annual reporting documents end-to-end

Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities; build business cases and help drive implementation.

Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

Track strategic initiatives and projects

Support with corporate Risk assessments and management plans

Support across the Strategy and Corporate Excellence unit

Build strong working relationships and understanding across all functions to enable fast collaboration and clean data flow.

This role requires handling sensitive data; candidate must be discreet and careful with the information being handled.
Ideal Candidate:

Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Business Management, Information systems, Engineering or related fields.

Minimum 4 years of experience in business process analysis and performance management, corporate excellence, management consulting or similar

Proven experience preparing executive-level reports and presentations

Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel, KPI design, and data interpretation

Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI or similar)

Exposure to process improvement and project management methodologies

Knowledge of python or any programing skill is a plus

consulting background (MBB / Big 4), PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications is a plus
