Program Delivery:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced teacher to lead the Trupreneurs program, a dynamic course designed to develop skills in innovation, entrepreneurship, and effective communication. The teacher will guide students through three distinct phases of the program, helping them build the knowledge and confidence to innovate, create viable business plans, and present their ideas effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong teaching background, practical experience in entrepreneurship and innovation, and excellent communication skills to inspire and mentor students.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging and interactive lessons across all three phases of the Trupreneurs program: Innovation, Entrepreneurship, and the Art of Communication.
• Foster creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills through hands-on, project-based learning.
• Guide students in developing innovative ideas, crafting business plans, and delivering compelling presentations.

Student Mentorship and Support:

• Provide individualized feedback and support to students throughout the program.
• Encourage students to think entrepreneurially and communicate their ideas effectively.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

Collaboration and Reporting:

• Work closely with program coordinators and other faculty to align with program objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and project milestones.
• Provide regular updates on student progress and program outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience:
• Minimum of 3–4 years of teaching experience, preferably in areas such as entrepreneurship, innovation, business studies, or communication skills training.
• Practical experience in entrepreneurship, such as starting a business, developing business plans, or working in business development, is highly desirable.
• Prior experience mentoring students or professionals in innovation or public speaking is a plus.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Entrepreneurship, Communication, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree or certifications in entrepreneurship, innovation, or teaching methodologies will be an advantage.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong understanding of innovation and entrepreneurial principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach and inspire confidence in public speaking.
• Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
• Proficient in delivering hands-on, project-based learning experiences.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple student projects.
• Passion for fostering creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial thinking in students.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience working with diverse student groups, including varying ages or learning abilities.
• Familiarity with business development tools or presentation platforms (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva).
• A proactive and innovative mindset, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
