Business Support Admin

Business support admin is responsible for creating and maintaining product data, ensuring compliance with EU regulations, and safeguarding data quality across multiple segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create product records
Technical skills
  • ERP system experience
  • Data management
  • MS office - focus on MS excel and Outlook
  • Experience and knowledge in customs code/ HS codes and process improvements will be an advantage
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate within a team environment
Other skills
  • 3 to 5 years or relevant experience
  • A discretionary performance-based annual bonus
