Purpose of the role

Business support admin is responsible for creating and maintaining product data, ensuring compliance with EU regulations, and safeguarding data quality across multiple segments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create product records
  • Update product details
  • Handle product queries
  • Check data accuracy
  • Maintain correct product data
  • Ensure data compliance
  • Improve data quality
Qualifications
  • Technical skills: ERP system experience; Data management; MS Office - focus on MS Excel and Outlook; Experience and knowledge in customs code/ HS codes and process improvements will be an advantage
  • Soft skills: Detail-oriented; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively; Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate within a team environment
  • Other Skills: Fluent in English; Educational Background: Bachelor's degree; 3 to 5 years or relevant experience
