Business Support Intern

Help AG is seeking a driven and talented individual to join our team as an Intern in a 6‑month program. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands‑on experience by working closely with our team to support daily operations, assist in coordinating tasks, prepare basic reports, and contribute to ongoing projects across various business functions. This role is ideal for motivated fresh graduates who are eager to learn, develop professional skills, and gain exposure to a dynamic corporate environment while working alongside experienced team members.

Responsibilities:

• Support daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow across the team
• Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining documents, reports, and files
• Help schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and manage basic communication with internal teams
• Contribute to ongoing projects by gathering information, preparing summaries, and supporting follow‑up actions
• Assist in drafting and proofreading internal communications, emails, and simple presentations
• Help track tasks, maintain logs, and ensure proper documentation of activities
• Coordinate with different departments to support operational needs and ensure timely execution of tasks
• Provide general support to the team and take on ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct manager

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Engineering, Technology, or any other related field
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Intermediate to Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities
• Comfortable working with data, reports, and dashboards
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to take initiative and contribute to team projects
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and interact professionally with colleagues
