Business Support Specialist | Fulltime
Job Description:
Job Accountabilities:
A Business Support Specialist plays a key role in ensuring smooth business and sales operations, supporting both internal teams and external customers, following predefined processes, leading end-to-end bid process, handling business documentations and requirements to better present the company to customers and promote its business, acting as the backbone of administrative, operational, and customer-facing functions.
Bids/Proposals:
-
Handle simple-medium-scale proposals by following defined process and milestones.

Act as a project coordinator for the proposal cycle end to end from initiation till delivery.

Analyze RFPs for customer requirements and potential risks.
-
Prepare Technical and Financial Proposal templates aligned with RFPs requirements.
-
Coordinate proposal activities including kickoff, status meetings, resource allocation, and follow-ups.

Work closely with Sales, Pre-sales, Services, Legal, Finance and other relevant stakeholders to collect information and ensure proposals are progressing, comments are applied and proposal delivery is on time.

Ensure proposals go through proper review and approval cycle.

Review and format technical and financial proposal documents.

Ensure all proposal documentations are maintained/uploaded on their designated places.
Presentations:
-
Create proposal-based presentations with relevant teams (e,g., technical, Sales, Graphics,..etc).

Create presentations to show Company track record and services/offerings.

RFI (Request for Information) & Customer/Partners Registration
-
Work with different stakeholders to respond to customers’ RFIs
-
Register Company at vendor and partners sites (following defined process).

Maintain all records are uploaded to their designated places.
Resumes:
-
Work with ITWorx employees to create/update their CVs in ITWorx format (following defined process).

Ensure all CVs are uploaded to designated places.

Update databases with new projects descriptions and technologies.

Case Studies / Profiles / Marketing Collaterals
-
Work with different stakeholders to create Project Briefs, Company Profiles and Case Studies Slides (following defined process)

Coordinate with Commercial team for new project information and drafting short newsbeat briefs.

Ensure all content goes through proper review and approval cycle.

Upload material in their relevant databases.
Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related discipline.
-
2+Years of experience.

Strong knowledge in Microsoft office
