  • Support in identification of business needs and implement technologically relevant systems to support and enhance business operations. Ensure systems solutions provided are in line with current and expected business requirements.
  • Maintain Salesforce, Facilio (CAFM system for Facilities Management Team), ATRE Webpage, Room booking system, Creative Cloud and Call Center software implementation
  • Responsible for Hardware & Networking in our Residential Buildings. This includes Wifi, Visitors’ management and iPad installation, PABX system support, Wireless presentation solution, Apply for new ADSL/phone line connections
  • Liaise between the business unit, IT Team and third-party vendors and effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients to deliver functional requirements.
  • Coordinate the implementation of business systems with the IT service delivery teams or third-party vendors, to ensure smooth implementation and usage.
  • Understand technical specifications and execute the test scenarios
  • Day to day support and managing requests in relation to the technical systems
  • Monitor the opportunities to revamp, upgrade the systems to align with business requirements.
  • Perform administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
  • Conduct periodic quality checks and encourage feedback from business operations to ascertain successful functioning of business systems
  • Keep abreast of user issues and highlight key issues to the relevant teams for requisite enhancements.
  • Training of all the system with ATRE to the new joiners and in case of any system upgradations.
