Flight Operations Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of private jet operations, including scheduling, maintenance coordination, crew management, and compliance
• Liaise with aviation service providers, FBOs, and charter companies to ensure optimal service delivery
• Plan and coordinate domestic and international travel itineraries, including visas, accommodations, and ground logistics
• Act as the primary point of contact for the HNI’s travel needs, ensuring confidentiality and responsiveness
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for aviation and travel services
• Monitor budgets and optimize operational costs without compromising quality
• Provide real-time support and troubleshooting during travel and flight operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in private aviation operations, travel management, or luxury hospitality
• Strong understanding of aviation protocols, charter logistics, and international travel requirements
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules
• Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Multilingual proficiency is a plus
