Administer user accounts, roles, and permissions for various applications. Grant, modify, and revoke access based on user requests, roles, and security policies.
User Account Management:
Create, modify, and delete user accounts as required. Ensure that user profiles and access rights are up to-date and accurately reflect user responsibilities.
Access Reviews:
Conduct regular access reviews and audits to verify that user access privileges are appropriate and in compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Parameter Configuration:
Configure and maintain parameters and settings to optimize system performance, security, and functionality.
Security Policies:
Enforce security policies, data protection regulations, and access controls to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance.
Troubleshooting:
Investigate and resolve access-related issues, including account lockouts, permissions errors, and access requests. Provide technical support to end-users as needed.
Access Requests:
Process access requests from authorized personnel, ensuring that requests are properly authenticated, approved, and documented.
Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records of user access, parameter configurations, and access control policies. Document access control procedures and parameter settings.
User Training:
Provide training and guidance to end-users on access management procedures, security best practices, and compliance requirements.
Incident Response:
Develop and implement incident response plans for access-related security incidents, such as unauthorized access attempts or data breaches.
Compliance Reporting:
Generate and submit reports on access control activities and compliance with access policies to management and auditors.
Ensure correct adoption of policies and procedures to guarantee that the bank business is conducted in compliance with Local Laws, Internal rules and regulations, as well as, International Standards.
Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of Permanent Supervision system, compliance, operational risk & workplace success guidelines whenever & wherever possible.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 5 years of experience for the Lead.
Minimum 3 years of experience for the Senior Analyst.
Minimum 2 years of experience for the Analyst.
Strong understanding of access management principles, security controls, and best practices.
Proficiency in access control tools, identity and access management (IAM) systems, and parameter configuration.
Excellent problem-solving and technical troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for team leadership, user support, and collaboration with IT teams.
Knowledge of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with security frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001) and access management standards.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Information Systems Security Professional - CISSP, Certified Information Security Manager - CISM) are advantageous.
