Business Systems Analyst

Location: Hybrid – Must be local to the Austin, TX area (within 50-mile radius)
Schedule: 07/01/2025 – 08/31/2025 (with potential for extension)

We’re seeking a seasoned Systems Analyst to support an enterprise-level implementation of PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2, with a strong emphasis on Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. This role is ideal for a hands-on analyst who excels at gathering complex requirements, leading fit/gap analysis, and executing end-to-end system integration testing with third-party systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with SMEs to define requirements and analyze business needs

• Lead fit/gap analysis for PeopleSoft FSCM modules

• Conduct hands-on system integration testing

• Support configuration and approval workflows

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain documentation

✅ Required Experience:

• 8+ years as a Business Analyst with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2

• Deep experience with Accounts Receivable and Billing implementations

• Proven ability in requirements gathering and fit/gap analysis

• Strong integration testing experience

• Proficient with Microsoft O365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

• 2+ years working in MS Teams with large teams

• Preferred Experience:

• Public sector experience (federal, state, or local government)

• Familiarity with Texas CPA CAPPS Financials

• PeopleSoft AWE, SharePoint, Jira, Scrum framework, STAT

Pay Rate:

• W-2: $65 – $70/hr (target), up to $80/hr max

• 1099: $78 – $84/hr (target), up to $96/hr max
