Job Description

Role:

Work closely with business to gather requirements and write the BRDs.

Help test and validate the implementation of the solution.

Train users on how to use the tool.

Responsibilities:

Requirement gathering

Review BRDs with business and obtain sign-offs

Learn the solution once it is implemented.

Validate solution in QA

QA testing support and troubleshoot issue

Demo and train business on the tools

Post implementation support
