The Financial Business Systems Analyst will primarily focus on our Partners integrations and API interactions for the Fintech eco-system. Additionally, the Business Analyst will concentrate on solution architecture, application integration, and automation across multiple Entrust products. You will collaborate with Cores, Processors, Digital providers and other partners, operations, development, and other business units, and will be responsible for defining, analyzing, and documenting requirements; managing requirements at the project level, helping to implement technology solutions, and communicating clearly with all stakeholders, facilitators and partners while maintaining quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Convert business requirements into system specifications, data models, and process maps.
Map current state (as-is) and future-state (to-be) processes.
Write user stories with clear acceptance criteria and maintain product backlog.
Document PRD’s and business cases for new product enhancements and ideas for approval.
Create test plans, test cases for UAT/integration testing and manage these between partner and internal teams.
Become the lead for extension management/ihub management for documentation and communication between necessary parties.
Work closely with end users to establish rapport and accurately assess their software requirements.
Document Business Process and script functionality (Technical writing, graphical work)
Document business processes and the required data flow between systems per use case.
Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and create procedures to collect and present them in meaningful ways.
Understand end to end value chain.
Able to provide high level effort estimates for all project phases in areas of expertise.
Conduct requirements and design workshops independently. Work stream management and workshop schedule management.
Conduct quality review of solutions deliverables in area of expertise. Test execution and defect resolution quality review. Demonstrates a collaborative approach to solutions.
As the Business Analyst you are the central interface / mediator between the input channels (e.g., product management, clients, and professional services, etc.) and the software development. You are responsible for the analysis of functional requirements and the development of concepts, epics, user stories and specifications for the implementation.
Support the generation of functional and technical concepts and documents processes and systems and act as the functional lead in the SDLC process, and you have the delivery responsibility of the assigned topics and projects.
Must have knowledge and experience of software development life cycle/project methodologies.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of related IT and/or Software architect experience.
5+ years analysis experience for large enterprise systems required.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, analytical/problem solving skills, and experience developing use cases.
Good documentation and organizational skills using tools like Confluence and JIRA.
Ability to build strong working relationships with internal/external cross-functional teams to effectively communicate and coordinate projects for both technical and non-technical team members.
Familiarity with different system integration and development environments that utilize API and micro services.

Compensation Range:
The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $84,254-$123,573 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan. In addition to your pay, Entrust offers eligible colleagues and their dependents comprehensive health and well-being programs which include medical, vision, dental, a generous 401(k) matching contribution, life and disability insurance, mental health coaching, virtual fitness programs, paid personal time off plus 12 paid holidays, parental leave and education reimbursement.
