Business Systems Analyst – ServiceNow

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in business process analysis, ServiceNow request management, and Scrum coordination. This role will act as the bridge between business users and technical teams while also organizing and managing the team’s Scrum activities
Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform business process analysis and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, collate, and document requirements through ServiceNow request management
  • Prepare and maintain functional documentation/artifacts using ServiceNow approved templates
  • Validate and review completed service requests to ensure alignment with requirements
  • Create user guides, training materials, and conduct end-user training
  • Work with super users during UAT to gather feedback and ensure solution effectiveness
  • Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
  • Organize and manage Scrum activities:
    • Conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews
    • Track sprint progress and remove blockers
    • Ensure stories are well-defined and ready for development
    • Coordinate closely with developers and stakeholders for timely delivery
Requirements:

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Business Process Analysis
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Request Management / ITSM
  • Experience in documentation using standard templates
  • Experience in UAT coordination and validation
  • Practical knowledge of Scrum / Agile ceremonies
  • Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in process optimization initiatives
  • Prior experience creating training content and conducting workshops
