Job Title: Business Systems Analyst – UKG Kronos (WFM)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst with hands-on experience in UKG Kronos Workforce Management (WFM) to support configuration, operations, integrations, and system enhancements. The ideal candidate will work closely with Operations, Scheduling teams, Payroll, Supervisors, and Back-office stakeholders to ensure reliable workforce management processes, accurate payroll inputs, and stable system performance.
Key Responsibilities
UKG Kronos Configuration & Deployment
- Assist in configuration, testing, and deployment of UKG Kronos WFM modules.
- Support system setup, enhancements, and change requests.
- Participate in UKG bi-annual upgrades and patch implementations.
- Configure pay rules, accruals, schedules, and workforce policies.
Time Clock Management
- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Kronos time clocks.
- Troubleshoot clock connectivity, synchronization, and hardware issues.
- Ensure proper time capture and device performance.
- Coordinate firmware updates and preventive maintenance.
Operations & Maintenance (O&M) Support
- Handle access requests, incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for production issues.
- Investigate and resolve timekeeping discrepancies and system errors.
- Participate in project-based improvements and continuous optimization.
Payroll & Workforce Support
- Support payroll processing activities related to WFM data.
- Validate timekeeping accuracy prior to payroll cycles.
- Ensure compliance with workforce policies and labor regulations.
- Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams to resolve discrepancies.
Integration, Data & Reporting
- Support data migration and system integration activities.
- Troubleshoot integration failures between UKG and ERP systems (e.g., Workday, Infor CloudSuite).
- Assist in report generation and workforce analytics.
- Use SQL querying for data validation and issue analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with Operations, Schedulers, Supervisors, Payroll, and Back-office teams.
- Gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate functional requirements into system configurations.
- Provide user training and documentation support.
Documentation & Governance
- Prepare technical specifications and configuration documentation.
- Develop SOPs, process documentation, and user guides.
- Maintain system change logs and compliance documentation.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance and audit standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, HRIS, or related field.
- Hands-on experience with UKG Kronos Workforce Management (WFM).
- Experience managing O&M activities (Access Requests, Incidents, Enhancements).
- Experience working with time clocks (installation & troubleshooting).
- Knowledge of payroll processing and time validation.
- SQL querying knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting UKG bi-annual upgrades.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as Workday and Infor CloudSuite.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations and workforce reporting.
- Understanding of workforce compliance and labor regulations.

Pay: ₹531,061.86 - ₹1,782,002.14 per year
