As a senior or lead
business systems consultant on the HR Systems team, you’ll support our multi-year, enterprise-wide transition from legacy systems like PeopleSoft to Workday HR Core. You’ll coordinate system requirements, design, and configuration while acting as a key liaison between business leaders and IT. Additionally, you’ll advocate for user needs and drive continuous process improvements.
This is a remote position with occasional travel to Cleveland for meetings and/or training.Must-have qualifications-
A minimum of eight years experience in business systems (e.g., systems integration, implementing technology solutions, project management, process design and optimization, testing and troubleshooting systems, training and supporting users, ensuring compliance and security, gathering and documenting requirements).

Preferred skills-
Must possess extensive experience in the end-to-end administration and configuration of 401(k) retirement plans within a large-scale corporate environment.

Technical proficiency in Workday, specifically regarding its application in benefits management and systems integration, to ensure the effective delivery, compliance, and optimization of retirement programs.

General knowledge of corporate payroll activities and planning.

Proven track record of contributing to large-scale system implementations and a solid foundational knowledge of corporate payroll practices.
Compensation-
$81,400 - $131,200/year depending on position level and experience.

Gainshare annual cash incentive payment up to 30% of your eligible earnings based on company performance.
