Leads the research, analysis, design, and continuous improvement of business and technology processes across the organization. Serves as a strategic technology partner to departments and executive leadership, ensuring alignment of technology initiatives with organizational goals, fiscal responsibility, and long-term enterprise strategy.
Utilizes a hybrid project management methodology, applying Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) where appropriate, while also implementing traditional and customized project management approaches based on project complexity, regulatory requirements, risk profile, and operational needs. Oversees initiatives spanning application development, infrastructure, networking, enterprise systems, and cross-departmental process improvement efforts.
Works closely with the Chief Information Officer (CIO) in the development and execution of strategic technology initiatives, enterprise governance, and long-range planning. Actively participates in annual and ongoing IT budget development, monitoring, forecasting, and execution, including capital improvement planning (CIP).
Provides leadership in technology portfolio optimization, including identifying opportunities to consolidate applications, systems, and vendor contracts to reduce redundancy, improve service delivery, and achieve measurable cost savings and operational efficiency.
Facilitates and coordinates enterprise governance groups, including the Information Steering Committee and LTPT group, ensuring prioritization of initiatives, alignment of resources, and transparency in decision-making.
The typical schedule for this full-time position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is located in Lecanto, Florida.
