Business Trainee – Client Development

Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and confident Business Trainee to support our client acquisition and business growth activities. This role is suited for individuals who are comfortable communicating with potential clients, managing follow-ups, and contributing to commercial discussions. The trainee will interact with prospects, coordinate discussions, support negotiations, and ensure that all activities and outcomes are properly recorded in the company portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospective clients through calls and other communication channels to introduce company offerings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with leads and existing clients to maintain engagement and move discussions forward.
• Assist in presenting solutions and addressing client inquiries.
• Participate in pricing discussions and basic commercial negotiations under team guidance.
• Coordinate meetings, product briefings, and proposal discussions with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, progress updates, and outcomes on the company portal.
• Monitor assigned opportunities and ensure timely follow-ups until completion.
• Share client feedback and market insights with the internal team.
• Support the team in meeting commercial objectives and expanding the client base.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong verbal communication and confidence in speaking with clients.
• Ability to handle discussions, objections, and follow-ups professionally.
• Organized approach to maintaining records and updating activity logs in online systems.
• Positive attitude, persistence, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced business environment.

Working Hours

• Evening shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Compensation & Career Growth

• Trainee Salary: PKR 35,000 per month during the training period.
• Upon successful completion of training, compensation will be market competitive.
• High likelihood of conversion to a full-time role based on performance.
