Business Transformation Manager

We are a growing services group based in Riyadh, operating for over 5 years across multiple sectors including logistics, manpower, cleaning, and operations management.

Our goal is to build a company that runs on systems, not individuals - with clear processes, structured execution, defined governance, and scalable operations.

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands on Business Transformation Manager to lead the execution of building the company's operating system.

This role is responsible for:

  • Designing and implementing real workflows
  • Structuring the organization

This role is about building a complete, scalable system that runs the business, not just documentation or theoretical frameworks.

You will work closely with Business Analysts, QA, and Developers to turn business needs into live workflows inside systems (ERPNext and beyond).

What You Will Be Doing
  • Identify key processes:
    • Lead Management
    • Procurement (PO Flow)
    • Core Operations
  • Build simple, clear, and practical workflows that are working inside the system (ERPNext)
  • Reduce dependency on manual work and individual handling
  • Convert working processes into SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
  • Define:
    • Roles
    • Responsibilities
    • Accountability
  • Build systems that support delegation across teams
  • Ensure operations are executed in a consistent, repeatable way
  • Phase 3 - Governance & Scale (Ongoing):
    • Define and document company policies:
      • Operational policies
      • Financial and approval policies
      • HR and governance policies
    • Align:
      • Organizational structure
      • Processes
      • Systems
    • Contribute to building a scalable and potentially productized operating model
Key Responsibilities
  • Process & Systems Execution: Build clear, end to end workflows for recurring operations
  • Ensure processes are:
    • Clearly defined
    • Practical
    • Usable in real operations
  • Deliver working solutions quickly (Version 1 iterate and improve)
  • Policy Development: Define and document company policies in collaboration with leadership
  • Ensure policies are:
    • Clear
    • Practical
  • Ensure alignment between policies and system workflows
  • Organizational Design: Design and define the company's organizational structure
  • Establish reporting lines and hierarchy
  • Define roles, responsibilities, and ownership across all functions
  • Ensure alignment between structure, processes, and system execution
  • Lead and guide:
    • Business Analysts (BA)
    • QA / Validation
  • Coordinate closely with:
    • Developers
    • Operations teams
  • Quality & Adoption: Ensure all system changes go through proper testing (UAT)
  • Ensure solutions are adopted by teams
  • Drive system usage across the organization
  • Eliminate off-system work (manual / uncontrolled processes)
Required Experience
  • 4-8 years of experience in:
    • Business Operations
    • Process Design
    • Business Transformation
  • Hands on experience in: Building and implementing real workflows in operations
  • Experience working with:
    • ERP systems or system-driven environments (ERPNext is a plus, not required)
  • Experience in:
    • Policy creation or governance frameworks
  • Proven ability to: Deliver working solutions (not just documentation)
  • Experience working across:
    • Business teams
    • Developers
    • Analysts
