JOB DESCRIPTION



Develop and lead the people strategy as well as the business strategy and marketing operations for Specialty (Immunology & Oncology) with high performance and integrity and in line with policies and procedures. Ensure having the right talents with the marketing and sales sub-functions, develop and coach people to realize their potential and deliver business objectives. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of marketing and sales managers to achieve established sales and profit goals. Ensure implementation of brand strategies, product positioning and increase market penetration. Build top tier launch and execution plans & post patent strategies. Lead, direct and control all marketing procedures, programs and activities so that they can meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives, comply with regulations and standards and product planning; pricing; campaigns; marketing communications and promotions. Lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of marketing managers to achieve established sales and profit goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES


People Strategy

  • Lead a talented group of high potential individuals across marketing and sales sub-functions
  • Coach and develop the sales and marketing talents across Türkiye
  • Provide strategic leadership to the cross-functional leaders with an inclusive approach
  • Talent management, career planning, succession planning, staffing and hiring in line with HR policies and procedures



Business Strategy & Operations

  • Lead by example, own the relevant Türkiye procedures, and ensure the business is run with full integrity. Ensure all activities are aligned with global and Türkiye procedures and local laws requirements
  • Lead and contribute according to affiliate governance plan
  • Set up the marketing and sales objectives and strategies including sub-functions to achieve defined department/affiliate’s goals. Take corrective actions and/or propose alternative paths if it is needed.
  • Translate business objectives and strategies to develop brand portfolio objectives, strategies and plans to facilitate growth
  • Lead and coordinate the cross-functional customer planning process and support the implementation of customer plans’ tactics, operational planning, strategic distribution of budgets and setting business priorities cross-functionality with Medical and PRA are critical
  • Be the transformation change agent for NGCE and be able to drive this within our commercial operations in partnership with the META central marketing capabilities teams.
  • Support the Business Planning process to achieve affiliate goals/objectives starting with Sales Force Strategy, New Products Planning, country/brands prioritization, OPEX, Product Life Cycle management and overall affiliate BP story
  • Lead, coach and coordinate cross-functionally to ensure world class launches for Lilly pipeline in priority markets
  • Plan and control the Marketing variable spending to deliver the business priorities and achieve the affiliate P&L objective
  • Deliver business results in line with affiliate objectives

REQUIREMENTS


EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • MBA degree is a plus

EXPERIENCE

  • Min 8 years’ experience
  • Demonstrated experience in people leadership (min 2 years)
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial leadership role
