Business Unit Head (CHC)

This position, reporting to the Commercial Head, Egypt, will be based in Obour and hired under Legacy Amoun (part of Arcera) employment contract.

Main duties

• Lead strategic planning to drive sales growth, market share expansion, and long-term business success.
• Ensure financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
• Build and develop high-performing teams with strong leadership, succession planning, and collaboration.
• Expand business opportunities via partnerships, new initiatives, and successful product launches.
• Strengthen stakeholder engagement by maintaining strong relationships with KOLs, key accounts, and hospital decision-makers.
• Build and drive the trade strategy within consumer health relevant markets

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a related field; an MBA or advanced business qualification is a strong advantage.
• Minimum of 12 years in pharmaceutical sales and/or marketing, with a strong track record in CHC, trade, retail, pharmacy channels and consumer health category managements
• Expert in launching new products and driving business growth, and CHC products activations
• Proven experience in managing both Sales and Marketing functions, with strategic and operational leadership capabilities.
• Deep understanding of trade and CHC external stakeholder dynamics, and healthcare ecosystem.
• Expert in e-commerce,
• Solid experience in financial planning, and budgeting.
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
