This position, reporting to the Commercial Head, Egypt, will be based in Obour and hired under Legacy Amoun (part of Arcera) employment contract.
Main duties
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for hospital-based healthcare products and services.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the hospital sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital decision-makers, healthcare providers, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and inform sales tactics.
- Oversee tendering processes and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of business goals.
- Drive listing in tenders and disease management protocols
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and company policies.
- Prepare and present accurate sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in hospitals/specialty sales and marketing, including tendering processes, with at least 2-3 years in leadership roles
- Proven experience in sales management and access within the healthcare sector in both Governmental and private hospitals .
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent relationship-building capabilities with key hospital stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
