JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a commercially driven Business Unit Head – Recruitment & Executive Search to lead and scale a high-growth recruitment and executive search division serving local and international markets. The successful candidate will own full business unit performance, drive revenue growth, oversee end-to-end recruitment delivery, and lead a team of recruiters to achieve operational excellence across multiple industry verticals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, including job intake, sourcing strategy, assessment, selection, and offer management for domestic and international clients.
- Drive business unit revenue targets, ensuring consistent billing performance, pipeline forecasting, and profitability management.
- Partner closely with clients and key stakeholders to define talent strategies, hiring priorities, service-level agreements, and project timelines.
- Design and implement multi-channel sourcing frameworks utilizing job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, executive headhunting, and professional networks to attract premium talent.
- Conduct and supervise competency-based and behavioral interviews to ensure optimal candidate-client alignment.
- Review and validate Telephonic Interview (TI) Forms, candidate evaluations, and executive summaries prior to client submission.
- Manage day-to-day team operations, track recruiter KPIs, and enforce SLAs, quality benchmarks, and compliance standards.
- Strengthen long-term client relationships through consultative engagement, proactive communication, and consistent delivery excellence.
- Develop talent pipelines for recurring mandates and high-demand roles across diverse industries.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, revenue per recruiter, client satisfaction, and offer-to-join ratios, presenting insights to senior management.
- Champion employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance the organization’s market positioning.
- Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters to build a performance-driven, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture.
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
Qualification: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CIPD or SHRM are preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of progressive experience in recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition, with a minimum of 5 years leading teams or business units.
- Demonstrated success in managing mid-to-senior and executive-level hiring across industries (corporate, real estate, technology, or construction preferred).
- Proven experience in client acquisition, recruitment delivery management, and team leadership within a target-driven environment.
Technical Proficiency:
- Advanced proficiency in sourcing tools and techniques i.e. LinkedIn , UAE-based job portals, and ATS platforms.
- Strong command of Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment analytics dashboards.
- Familiarity with competency frameworks, structured interviews, and psychometric assessment tools preferred.

- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and manage high-performing teams.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to Rs200,000.00 per month
