Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented individual to take on the role of Business Unit Leader. This role is a unique opportunity for someone with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue and profit goals to make a significant impact on our organization. As the Business Unit Leader, you will be responsible for sales, operations, profit/loss, and overall business unit success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assume full operational responsibility for profit and loss-related activities.
• Develop and implement operational plans to achieve profit and growth goals.
• Actively seek new business opportunities and participate in sales generation.
• Establish and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures for operational areas.
• Oversee safety reporting and minimize legal liability for the business unit.
• Negotiate programs, pricing, and terms with key vendors.
• Monitor and optimize dispatch operations for efficient technician assignment.
  
  
  

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong desire to lead and develop others.
• Industry-related knowledge and experience.
• 5 or more years of leadership experience in a related industry.
• 3+ years of Profit and Loss (P&L) management experience.
• Proven success in business-to-business services sales.
